- the extra secure Tubie pads have a extra fastening button so a total of two buttons snaps to clip in to place this means that’s the fabric has less places to move and the fabric is more flush and secure around the tube reduce the rubbing and risk of granulation tissue! I also find if you need to put cream on your stoma the cream stays around the sight and does not end up on the outside bumper or clothes!

what is the difference between an ‘Extra Secure Tubie Pad’ and a ‘ordinary tubie pad’?
the ordinary/original tubie pads only has 1 snap button securing the pad together which give the pad much more movement around your tube/stoma. The secure tubie pad has 2 snap buttons to secure the tubie pad close giving it a much more flush fit to your tube!
